Thank you for choosing me to be your event photographer! These policies are in place to avoid any surprises. I want you to have the best possible experience with me. - Session Payment: As the event price is a special discounted rate, session payment is due at time of booking through Acuity Scheduling. - Refunds: As you have taken an appointment time that will be difficult to fill on short notice, no refunds will be provided after seven days prior to your appointment. No shows are not entitled to refunds. - Cancellations or Reschedules: I know that life happens. Please give me as much notice as possible if a need to reschedule comes up. We will work together and find a time to reschedule. - Online Gallery: Within 16 days from your session , a private, password protected gallery will be available to view your images. Your session fee includes a gallery with a minimum of 50 professionally edited images. Images will be included in both color and black and white. George will choose the best images for your gallery. Your gallery will be available for viewing and ordering for 4 weeks. You may share your gallery link with family and friends. - Your high resolution digital files will be delivered via direct download on the day your gallery is released directly from your gallery. Please back up your files. - Final Sales: Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. - Payment options: You may pay via credit card or paypal.
